A method developed over years of working on the sneakers our clients refused to retire. Patient, documented, repeatable.

Intake & assessment
We photograph each pair, document existing damage, and discuss your goals. Honest expectations from the first conversation.

Material identification
Leather, suede, mesh, knit, patent — each surface dictates the chemistry, brushes, and pressure we use. Nothing is generic.

Deep clean & deoxidation
Hand-wash with material-safe agents. Yellowed transparent soles are deoxidized under controlled UV exposure.

Sole restoration
Midsoles un-yellowed, outsoles brought back to factory tone. Edges resealed where wear has frayed them.

Pigment & finishing
Where color has faded, we re-pigment using matched dyes — never sprayed, always feathered to retain texture.
06
Final inspection
A second artisan reviews every pair. We package in a branded box with documented before-and-after photography.
